Snowdrops on Rosemary Lane by Ellen Berry

As a child Lucy used to visit her elderly aunt and uncle in Burley Bridge, Yorkshire each summer. She would climb into the garden of Rosemary Cottage with the other local children to steal redcurrants.

After years of working for the same company in Manchester, Lucy is made redundant.  She finds that Rosemary Cottage is for sale.  This could be the ideal opportunity for her family to move to the country and have a fresh start.  Rosemary Cottage could be turned into both a family home and a bed and breakfast.  Lucy, husband Ivan, and their 2 children make the move.

After a few months suddenly things change and Lucy finds herself on her own.  She is struggling to manage the 2 children and the business and is under pressure from her parents to move back to Manchester.
