Defence Attorney Leigh Coulton is asked to take on a high profile case when a wealthy man is accused of rape. When she meets him she realises this is no coincidence, when he was a young boy she had been his babysitter. He threatens Leigh, if she doesn't get him off then he will release information about her part in his father's disappearance many years ago. She realises that he really does know the details about what happened.
The only person who can help Leigh is her younger sister Callie who was also there on that fateful night. Callie has spent many years addicted to drugs as her way of blocking out what happened.
